All bears are created with love, and they will definitely delight you, create a good mood and home comfort. But they begin their journeys from the workshop.
Like every person, they are unique and represent a valuable piece due to the production process.
It is important that to create bears using Teddy technology, only high-quality materials are used: sewing threads, filling, eyes, buttons and accessories. All materials are selected according to their appropriate image.
- The first step in their production, of course, is to find an idea. A sketch is created with sizes, shapes, clothes, shoes and accessories.
- Based on the sketch, an individual bear pattern is created.
- Fabric, filling, eyes and everything else necessary for their image are selected. Well-selected materials contribute to the correct creation of the image and character of future bears.
- Cardboard templates of the pattern are used to transfer it onto the fabric. Care and precision must be taken at this stage. The details are cut out along the contour.
- At this stage, all pattern details are sewn inside out and turned inside out with special tools. This requires precision and accuracy.
- The next stage is one of the most labor-intensive. The details of the bears are filled with filler and given a shape. Particular attention is paid to the quantity and location of the filler. The body is not filled at this stage.
- Assembling parts is the next important step. Special fasteners are used to connect parts and move them. After connecting them, the body is also filled with filler.
- Embroidering a bearโs nose is the stage of adding features to the bearโs face.
Depending on the image of the bear and its nose size, thick or thin threads are used. - Installing the eyes is an important step. It brings the bear to life and gives it character. The size and position of the eyes significantly affect the expression of the muzzle.
- You must create a passport for the bear. It indicates his name and date of birth.
- The bear is going on a trip. He packs up and prepares to find his home.
